Where do my goods come from?

The heart, of course! Did you mean location wise? We’ve got a nice little studio set up in the Sutherland Shire of NSW, Australia. Our design and development space is where all the magic happens: from conceptualising new collections, to customer service, quality assessment and stock management. 

Whilst we’d love to hand sew your garments right here, we’re not quite that talented. So our pieces are sourced from ethical suppliers both in Australia and overseas. Once we get a new drop, we pick, pack and ship your threads by hand so we can make sure they arrive on your doorstep looking as fine as you do.

How do I know what size is right for me?

Size is just a number, but it’s important you get the right one for the perfect fit. A size guide can be found here, and in the description of each product in our online catalogue for your reference. 

If you’re not happy with your fit, fill out our Returns form here and we’ll organise your refund so you can repurchase the right size.

Are your products just for guys?

AXB is for all humans. Whilst our pieces are designed with guys in mind, we believe everyone should express themselves in their own way. We’ll be working on adding unisex and womenswear down the track, but in the meantime we’ve got plenty of gals rocking AXB - they love our styles for their boxy, laid back fit!

CUSTOM SIZING (5XL +)

How large can I go?

We are proud to offer sizing from XS all the way to 10XL. Our ‘standard stocked sizes’ are XS - 5XL. Anything above is a custom order, which we'd be stoked to order in especially for you.

Do custom orders cost extra?

No! We're committed to offering AXB threads for all bodies. We don't penalise for the size tag and you'll never need to fork out extra for the extra love.

How long does it take to make my custom kit?

Like most things in life, good things come to those who wait. Having said that, we reckon we'd be pretty terrible doctors (we've got no patients), and we get that you're keen to get your hands on your new clothes. 

Custom orders can take up to 8 weeks, but we'll keep you posted about expected lead times when you place your enquiry. (Do it here).

When can I expect 6XL + to be stocked regularly?

It's our dream to have XS - 10XL permanently on our stock shelves. With your help, we'll get there. 

If you're keen to see large sizes on the reg, show your support by joining our VIP mailing list and requesting your custom size out via our order form here. Once we've got a bunch on board, we'll be able to get the fabric rolling (literally- our cotton is custom dyed in rolls just for us).

SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?

Our flat rate shipping cost of $15 is applied to orders up to $149 (Australia wide). However we’ll cover the cost of standard shipping on orders $150+. It's our way of saying thanks for being such a supportive Legend!

How long do I have to wait for my purchase to arrive?

They say anticipation is as good as the main course, but let’s be real: the only thing longer than a microwave minute is waiting for a package to arrive. We’re as excited as you are to get your goods in your hands, so we’re committed to having your purchase packed and on its way within 2 business days of receiving your payment. Generally, you can expect your package to arrive in:

Express Post: 1 - 2 business days (Australia wide)

Standard Post: 3 - 4 business days (Australia wide)

Custom orders have a longer lead time. If you're going larger than our stocked range, please expect a little longer on the wait (See ‘Custom Sizing’ Qs for more info).

Please note: this is just a guide and shipping times can vary significantly depending on a number of factors. If delays occur or can be expected we’ll keep you updated via email and our socials.

Is my order tracked?

Sure is! All orders come with complimentary tracking. You’ll receive all the deets in your inbox once your order has been shipped.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

Absolutely! So long as your receiving address is in Australia, we’re happy to send your purchase to a PO Box for you.

Do you ship overseas?

We don’t currently offer international shipping as a standard option, but we’re the makers of magic and would love to get you kitted up overseas! Please feel free to contact us to arrange your personalised overseas delivery plan.

RETURNS

What happens if I change my mind?

You won’t. But if, by some chance, your AXB The Label purchase isn’t quite what you’d hoped for, we’re more than happy to offer a refund. Reach out to us here and we’ll get things sorted on our end. All we ask is that you provide proof of purchase (your order number) and cover the cost of return shipping.* 

Just a side note: we don’t offer refunds on gift card purchases. 

*We’ll cover your postage costs for returns on orders over $150.

My order arrived and it’s damaged / incomplete. What should I do?

Damn. Sorry that happened. Just like how a rogue red sock somehow manages to hide itself in a pile of white washing, sometimes things don’t always go to plan. If there’s a problem with your order, please reach out here with your order number. Let us know what happened and we’ll get it sorted for you.

At AXB, we love a good laugh, but taking care of each other is no joke. Our suppliers are not chosen for their price point. We partner with ethical producers who care for their employees, the environment and their reputation within the industry. We pay more to source well made, quality garments to ensure you can enjoy your AXB The Label pieces for years to come.

We believe sustainability should be more than a tokenistic effort. We’re learning and developing our methods every day with a view to be more sustainable in everything we do. 

Our core business is built on providing rotational fashion which upholds the test of time and trends. An investment in an AXB wardrobe means you’ve got a capsule wardrobe which you’ll use for years to come.
